Making Panettone is our… mission! This is why we are always ready to face new challenges and meet the needs and tastes of everyone, including those who suffer from food intolerances or allergies.
We are now pleased to present Vergani’s first Gluten Free Panettone.
A new addition for 2016, it was created to offer a tasty slice of traditional Panettone to anyone on a gluten-free diet.
Rice flour, rice starch, potato starch, sultanas and, of course, fresh candied orange peel, a 72-hour long rising process to create the typical texture and offer an authentic taste of Milan’s iconic loaf with each bite.
Now even those who go gluten free – by choice or necessity – can celebrate Christmas with their own delicious loaf!
